Keep the fire burning (Poem)

THE CRACKLING fire heats the iron kettle,

Excitable Monday morning flames help us settle,

What’s up first on the plan then, I wonder?

Ground rules for axing to prevent a blunder!

After some action it’s time for a break,

Mindful breathing, tea sipping but sadly no cake!

We’re covered by tarpaulin for any potential rain,

Keep the fire burning is the Steiner artery and vein,

Teamwork log extraction is up next,

Back into the woods they go after a tool check.
