Settle and Ground (Poem/Reflection)
Bath, England (May 2017)
Go back to England…said my conscience,
Go back to England said my teachers,
Back to England I went, with the intention of settling in one spot: grounding in the UK.
With direction given, to Bath I am now settling with two feet on the ground (almost!):
Slowly but surely,
Settling slowly but surely,
A house share signed for (moving in on the 27th Oct!),
I can feel a job I’ll put my heart into on its way…
Transport: With a new house on a hill, oh boy it’s a lot of cash but an electric bike calls…for it’s an investment I must make,
As when food, water and shelter are in place,
I feel it in my bones like my tongues tastes,
All… else…will… flow…
After almost a year of exploring the depths of the mind via various methods, meditation without guidance had caught up with me. Guidance came when it was most needed, when many of the major joints ached, I called out for assistance and answers were given. But it’s the digestion of those answers, put into daily life, that have made the last few months the most fascinating.
